ENNEAGRAM GRIEF WORK:
Approaching Grief Without Overwhelming Your Nervous System
FREE ONLINE EVENT
with Somatic Enneagram Facilitator, Caryn Berley
LIVE ON ZOOM
MARCH 19TH
From 3pm — 4:30pm PDT | 6PM — 7:30PM EDT
*Replay available*
Grief isn’t just about loss—it’s about how we carry the weight of the world, the pain of disconnection, and the longing for something more.
In this free event on March 19th, we’ll explore how grief lives in the body and go beyond coping strategies to discover what it takes to heal at the root.
Using an Enneagram- and trauma-informed approach, we’ll:
Uncover the three main ways we cope with grief—and why they often keep us from true healing.
Learn to move at the pace of your wise body, with compassion instead of force.
Explore how tending to our hearts is a path to both personal and collective liberation.
Grief is part of being human. When we meet it with radical honesty and compassion, we create space to hold it differently—and even find joy in our messy wholeness.
We were never meant to bear this grief alone. Healing happens through connection and community.
Come as you are, with all that you carry, and let’s take the next step together. 💗
Who This is For
If you’re human, you’ve experienced grief. This is for you if you’re ready to explore how your ego patterns may be keeping you from deeper healing—and how to move toward wholeness at your own pace.
As a Somatic Facilitator and Enneagram Teacher, I don’t offer quick fixes or ways to bypass pain. Instead, this work is about recognizing how your nervous system has been doing its best to cope with both circumstantial and existential heartache—and learning how to work with it more skillfully.
Meet Your Guide
Hi! I’m Caryn!
For most of my life, I thought being of service meant setting aside my own feelings. I believed that to contribute to the world, I had to show up for others while quietly pushing down my needs. But the more I dismissed my own grief, the more disconnected I became—from myself, from others, and from any real sense of aliveness.
It took deep somatic work to realize that true healing isn’t about suppressing anything—it’s about allowing, even (and especially) the vulnerable tenderness of the human heart.
Now, I help people move beyond coping and into true transformative healing. My zone of genius is combining the Enneagram and somatic practices to guide people through the messy, beautiful process of being human. My approach is trauma-informed, body-based, and deeply compassionate—because healing happens at the pace of your body, not your willpower.
If you’re ready to explore grief in a way that leads toward liberatory transformation, I’d love to connect with you.
